Edenwood Carpentry and Building Services, a local established firm specialising in loft conversions and house extensions.

The challenge

To help the team at Edenwood recognise the benefits of an organised office.

What we did

We updated the client lists and put in place a follow up system.  Re-organised their in-house e-mail system and helped set up receiving e-mails via blackberries and iPhones, therefore never missing that all important e-mail from existing, past or future clients.  We also manage the e-mails and telephones (via a call forwarding system) when the team are on holidays or in times of sickness.  Superstar PA support Edenwood with all their daily secretarial duties, including chasing up local authorities with regards to planning applications that have been submitted.

The re-organisation has given the team at Edenwood peace of mind that they are being supported by a highly professional support function, allowing them to concentrate on getting their projects completed in a timely and professional manner.
