What is a Virtual Personal Assistant and how can this service help me?
A: A Virtual Assistant or Office has many benefits to you, they can help you with all of your administrative and secretarial tasks without the need for them having to be on your premises. Work can be given to your PA by email, fax, telephone, blackberry, iPhone, MSN, the list is endless! We can also of course be present in person if you so wish, maybe you need someone to take minutes at a meeting or be present at an event to ensure it runs smoothly, or even to organise your home office, but on the whole work can be done without the need for us to actually be there in person.
We need the work completed urgently, are you able to meet my deadline?
A: Absolutely, we aim to turn around within your deadlines..
Do you work in the evenings or at weekends in order to meet the deadline?
A: If you have an urgent deadline we will of course aim to deliver on or before it.
How do I get my work to you?
A: You can send me the work you need completing in a convenient way that suits you for your business, this can be by e-mail, fax, post etc. Your work is then completed to meet your timescales and deadlines and returned to you by your preferred route. We will always send your work for approval if felt necessary before it is finalised. I would recommend that any hard copy is sent by a traceable method of delivery.

Can we meet to discuss my requirements?
A: Although we offer a Virtual Service this does not mean we are not able to meet our clients in person! We are happy to meet with our clients and can even work in your office or home.
What do I need to provide you with, i.e. headed paper etc.?
A: If you wish us to print out your documents on your headed paper then that is fine, alternatively we can e-mail to you and you can do the rest. Alternatively, if you have an electronic logo we can add this to our templates, especially when preparing presentations.
What if the support I need is not business related?
A: You may not be employed or indeed a business owner, but you lead a busy life, we can help you organise your life with such tasks as relocating homes, finding a holiday, researching a school for your child, we have lots of experience in all of these areas and if it is not listed then just ask!
Do you offer a collection or delivery service?
A: Collection and delivery can be arranged if within the local vicinity, or we can arrange a courier
